The College of Education provides the Future Educators' Society, an organization that helps and coordinates the student's extracurricular activities to the Education Students Affairs, it also has different School Clubs that build a strong and harmonious relationship with the students to be more empowered, competent, and integrative student leaders.
Attain the vision of Rizal College of Taal by strengthening instructional services and becoming globally and locally competitive learners toward quality education. it shall:
1. Empower the Filipino youth through using modern technology.
2. Transform students into graduates with full competence in their field of teaching possessing the Code of Ethics as a teacher.
3. Be globally aware in the sense of mindfulness, respect for cultural diversity, and care for the environment.
4. Demonstrate, exercise, innovate, and transform leadership through democratic processes.
The College of Education envisions in educating future educators to enhance God-given potentials to become globally and locally aware who will be God-fearing, effective, responsible, research based oriented and disciplined citizenry in the arts, science, and technology and imbued with humane principles and values.
A program designed to equip students with the essential pedagogical skills and knowledge necessary to become effective elementary school educators, fostering a comprehensive understanding of educational principles and classroom management.
A program with specializations in English, Filipino, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies, offers comprehensive training to prepare future educators with the subject-specific expertise and pedagogical skills needed for teaching in secondary schools.
A program that focuses on developing students' knowledge of sports sciences, physical fitness, and teaching methodologies, preparing them for roles as qualified physical education instructors and promoting a holistic approach to health and wellness.
Bachelor of Special Needs Education (BSNED) programs in the Philippines are designed to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and competencies needed to effectively teach and support individuals with special needs. These programs typically integrate theories and methodologies from education, psychology, and related fields to prepare graduates for careers in special education.
