MISSION

The College of Business  and Accountancy shares with the College its fundamental mission to provide the widest possible access to quality accountancy, and the best business education, and strives to produce an atmosphere that fosters students' ability to be competitive professionals, managers, business leaders, and entrepreneurs through excellent, relevant and responsive accountancy, business education and to enable them to become competitive and productive skilled workers.

VISION

The College of Business and Accountancy envisions providing liberal education through the use of continuous improvement processes that ensure its graduates obtain the best possible accountancy and business education and become competitive business leaders, industry practitioners, professionals, and entrepreneurs.

ACCOUNTANCY - BSA

Bachelor of Science in Accountancy is a program that provides general accounting education to students wanting to pursue a professional career in Accountancy in general and in Public Accounting in particular.
 

Accounting professionals provide assurance and audit services for statutory financial reporting, tax-related services, management advisory services partnering in management decision-making, devising planning and performance and control systems, and providing expertise in financial reporting and control to assist various stakeholders in making decisions. (CHED Memorandum Order No. 27, Series of 2017).

BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION - Human Resource Management BSBA HR

The Human Resource Management Program prepares the graduates for a career in the Human Resource Department of any organization, handling the many diverse human resource requirements of the organization, including recruitment, staffing, training, and career development.

BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION - Financial Management BSBA FA

The Financial Management Program prepares the graduates for various careers in financial management as well as in related fields, including but not limited to, corporate finance, investment management, banking, credit, trust operations, insurance, foreign currency markets, money markets, capital markets, and other financial security markets.
 

The curriculum provides the graduates with knowledge of financial institutions and technical skills based on established financial theories, methodologies, and various analytical tools. It also promotes an outlook based primarily on ethics, market integrity, regulations, good governance, and a competitive global perspective, necessary for effective financial decision-making.

ENTREPRENEURSHIP - BSEntrep

Offers a four-year program, aiming to instill entrepreneurial spirit in undergraduate students, fostering moral values, social concern, and leadership in the global economy.

Management accounting - bsma

A program that offers specialized accounting education for managerial careers, including comptrollership, cost accounting, and project planning.

customs administration - bsca

A program that aims to produce business graduates and customs brokers with expertise in import-export business, values and port management.
